What is the difference between founding and standard pricing?+

Founding pricing is available to the first 200 businesses. The rate is locked for life — it will never increase. Founding Growth members pay $149/month forever. The same plan at standard pricing is $249/month — a saving of $1,200 every year, permanently.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If you're a founding member and upgrade to a higher tier, your founding discount applies to that tier too. Downgrading is also available at any time and your founding rate is preserved.

What counts as a project?+

A project is one website domain that OG01 monitors. One business with one website = one project. Agencies managing multiple clients: each client domain counts as one project.

Is there an annual billing option?+

Annual billing is coming shortly after launch with 2 months free (~17% off). All plans are currently monthly. Founding members who switch to annual billing when it launches will have their founding discount applied to the annual rate.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you're a founding member and cancel, your founding rate is not preserved — if you rejoin later you'd pay the standard price at that time.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OG01 platform ("Service"), operated by Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.

2. The Service

OG01 is an AI authority intelligence platform that analyses publicly available digital signals to produce an Authority Rating and Smart Card reports. The Service provides information, not advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

OG01 is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, you will be charged at the then-current standard rate.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. For billing errors, contact hello@og01.ai within 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or scrape the Service's scoring methodology; submit false information; share account credentials; use the Service for competitive intelligence against OG01 or Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd.

6. Intellectual Property

The OG01 platform, Authority Rating methodology, Smart Card framework, and Ruby AI system are the intellectual property of Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd. You may use generated reports for your own business purposes but may not resell them.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in that month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Orange Gorilla Pty Ltd operates the OG01 platform at og01.ai and smartcards.og01.ai. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Account information: Name, email address, company name, website URL, and billing details when you subscribe.

Usage data: How you interact with the platform, features used, and pages visited.

Domain analysis data: Publicly available digital signals associated with URLs you submit. We do not collect private or authenticated data from your website.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the OG01 Service; process payments; send your Authority Rating reports; send product updates (you may opt out); and compile anonymised industry benchmarks. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe); cloud infrastructure providers; analytics providers under strict data processing agreements; and law enforcement when legally required. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@og01.ai.

6. Your Rights

Under Australian law you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact hello@og01.ai — we will respond within 30 days.
